All reports are considered serious & will be investigated by the district. Any student or parent who has reason for concern is encouraged to immediately report their concern. Retaliation against anyone involved in the complaint process is a violation of district policy and is prohibited. This is a form to report any incidents, safety concerns, or bullying occurring on school property, at school-sponsored or school-related activities, in any vehicle operated by the district, or affecting the school environment.

Reports may be made concerning verbal actions, written expression, expressions through electronic means, or physical conduct.

Reports may be made anonymously, but no disciplinary action will be taken against an alleged aggressor solely on the basis of an anonymous report. Also, the district's ability to investigate an anonymous report may be limited.
